You agree to use MDSW only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes.

MDSW is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency medical services. Any medical information available through MDSW should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You may not share your account with unauthorized users.
  • You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
  • You may not impersonate another person or organization.

4. Authorized Access

You may only access medical, personal, or account information that you are legally and properly authorized to view. Unauthorized access, attempted access, misuse, copying, scraping, or disclosure of information is strictly prohibited.

5. Patient and Medical Information

Users who upload, create, or manage medical information are responsible for ensuring that the information is accurate, lawful, and authorized.

Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations remain responsible for their own professional judgment, patient care, documentation, compliance duties, and medical record obligations.

6. HIPAA and Compliance

MDSW is designed with HIPAA-minded safeguards and strong privacy protections. Where applicable, covered entities and business associates are responsible for ensuring that their use of MDSW complies with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.

MDSW may support Business Associate Agreements where required and appropriate.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is extremely important to us. MDSW does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using MDSW, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Security

MDSW uses strong security practices, including encryption, access controls, monitoring, and other technical and administrative safeguards. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You agree not to attempt to bypass, disable, damage, interfere with, or compromise any security feature of the platform.

Some MDSW features may require a paid subscription or payment. Subscription terms, billing cycles, pricing, plan limits, and available features may vary by account type or selected plan.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize MDSW or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms may depend on the selected plan, billing cycle, promotional offer, or written agreement. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate agreement, fees already paid may be non-refundable.

12. Platform Availability

We work to keep MDSW available, secure, and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

13. User Content

You retain ownership of the content and information you upload or create through MDSW. You grant MDSW the limited permission necessary to securely store, process, transmit, display, and manage that content for the purpose of providing the platform.

14. Intellectual Property

MDSW, including its name, design, software, features, branding, workflows, content, and technology, is owned by MDSW or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from MDSW without written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

MDSW may integrate with trusted third-party services such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, communication services, analytics tools, or security providers. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

16. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to MDSW if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, violated applicable law, failed to pay required fees, or misused the platform.
