By accessing or using mdsaidwhat.com, submitting an early-access request, or otherwise using our public website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. MDSW is currently in development

MDSW is a medical documentation and collaboration platform currently in development. Information, screenshots, demonstrations, feature descriptions, roadmaps, pricing concepts, and other materials on this website may describe planned, beta, or proposed functionality and may change before commercial release.

We may add, modify, postpone, or discontinue features, integrations, workflows, availability, or early-access programs at any time.

3. No medical advice

Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical care because of information presented on this website. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider.

4. Do not submit medical information

The public website, early-access form, and general contact email are not intended for medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, prescriptions, test results, or other sensitive health information.

You agree not to submit protected health information or other sensitive medical information through these public pre-launch channels.

5. Early-access program

Joining the early-access list expresses your interest in MDSW but does not guarantee access to a private beta, production service, particular feature, launch date, discount, pricing plan, or commercial availability.

MDSW is preparing its infrastructure, policies, vendor relationships, and operational controls for future healthcare use. Statements on this public website about security, interoperability, HIPAA readiness, or planned healthcare functionality should not be interpreted as a representation that every planned MDSW service is currently certified, approved, or suitable for production handling of regulated healthcare information.

Production healthcare services may require separate customer agreements, business associate agreements, privacy notices, authorization terms, security requirements, and other contractual or regulatory documentation.
